Shop Policies

1. Warranty Policy: all products covered with manufacturer's warranty.  

2. RMA Returning Policy: 

• Within 15 days since purchasing, any D.O.A. hardware product (except special ordered) can be returned for credit.

• Customer must complete a RMA form and get a RAM number from vendor before ship any product back to the vendor. 

• Any opened software product and any special ordered product can not be returned for refund. 

• Restocking charge at 15% of the product's amount will be applied to customer account for any of the following returned or refused merchandise:

1. product ordered incorrectly by customer

2. incorrect shipping address provided by customer

3. Payment Methods & Credit Terms' Policy: Company Check Payment or Pre-arranged.  Leasing option is available.

4. Delivery: via professional national couriers to ship orders from the nearest warehouses across Canada to customers
